1. Scope & No Attribution / 许可范围与无需署名
This license grants a worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive right to use, copy, and integrate the components of this project (including code, data, and resources). No attribution or signature is required for any use or integration.
本协议授予全球范围内免版税、非独家地使用、复制及集成本项目组件（包括代码、数据及资源）的权利。在任何场景下集成使用本项目，均无需强制署名。

2. Copyleft (Infection) & Direct Derivatives / 协议传染性与直接衍生作品
Any direct derivative work based on this project (such as a modified version of the web interface, or a repackaged/restructured version of the original database) MUST adopt the Silent Public License (SPL). You may not re-license these direct derivatives under any other terms (e.g., MIT, GPL, Apache).
任何本项目的直接衍生作品（如：修改后的网页界面、经过重新打包或结构调整的原始数据库等）必须同样采用 Silent Public License (SPL) 授权。严禁将这些直接衍生品以其他任何协议重新授权发布。

3. Integration & Decoupling / 集成使用与协议解耦
Integration is NOT infection. Utilizing the components of this project as a functional part of a larger system (whether commercial or non-commercial) does NOT require the parent system to adopt the SPL or open its source code.
Example: Using this project's data for an address picker in an ERP system or a delivery app is considered "Integration" and is not subject to the copyleft requirement.
集成不视为传染。在大型系统（无论商业或非商业项目）中将本项目组件作为功能模块进行集成或调用，不要求该主体系统采用 SPL 协议，亦不要求其开源。
示例：在 ERP 系统或物流 App 中将本项目数据用于“地址联动选择器”，属于“集成使用”，不受传染性条款约束。

4. Prohibited Monetization / 禁止货币化与销售限制
Direct or indirect monetization of this project's core components or its direct derivatives is strictly prohibited.
- No Resale: Selling, leasing, or sublicensing the original or modified project (including code, data, or UI) as a standalone commodity or core paid service is forbidden.
- Core Value Rule: If the primary value of a paid product/service is derived from the components of this project (e.g., a paid query service based on a modified version of this UI), it must NOT be used for profit.
严禁将本项目组件或其直接衍生品直接或间接货币化。
- 禁止销售：严禁将本项目（及其原始代码、数据、文档）或其修改后的衍生版本作为独立商品进行销售、租赁或转授权。
- 核心价值判定：若某一付费产品或服务的核心功能完全依赖于本项目提供的组件（如：基于修改后的本项目网页界面提供付费查询服务），则该产品不得进行任何形式的收费盈利。

5. Legal Compliance / 法律合规要求
All components of this project must NOT be used for any purpose that violates the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China. The user shall bear all legal responsibilities arising from any illegal use.
本项目的所有组成部分严禁用于任何违反中华人民共和国法律法规的用途。用户因非法使用产生的一切法律后果由使用者本人承担。

6. Disclaimer / 免责声明
This project is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Silent Studio is not liable for any data errors or legal issues caused by its use.
本项目按“原样”提供。沉寂软件工作室不对因使用本项目而导致的任何数据错误或法律纠纷承担责任。

The final right of interpretation for this license resides with Silent Studio / FHZDCJ.
